Our Nashville, TN client is looking to hire a Payment Processor/AR Clerk to join their Payment Processing Department on a temp to hire position
Position Summary/Purpose:
Position is responsible for posting incoming electronic and/or paper check payments in accordance with the processing logic established by the company and/or as indicated by the customer to ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy. Also to provide excellent customer service when assisting customers regarding their payments and/or questions regarding their account.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
Process all payments received either electronically, paper checks received in house or by lockbox in priority order on a daily basis at the direction of management in an accurate and timely manner.
Accurately enter updated and/or new bank account information requested by customers into processing system
Handle incoming calls in a call queue to assist customers with any problems or questions regarding their payments and provide excellent customer service
Provide feedback to management or lead person of any suspected customer/system inaccuracies
Demonstrate ability to work in fast pace environment and ability to multi-task efficiently
Any other projects/tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalence
9500 KSPH or better
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to document, analyze and resolve problem situations accurately and promptly in a professional manner

Our Grapevine, TX client is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing professional to coordinate complex purchasing activities across all business functions. Those functions include technology (software, hardware and professional services), marketing (online/offline advertising and professional services), business process outsourcing (BPO), financial services, and online functions.
The candidate will have the opportunity to define procurement processes and tools (among other things) in an environment which is relatively unconstrained by legacy considerations. Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The Payroll Administrator will perform a variety of multi-state payroll processing activities including review of time input, compute wage and overtime, calculate deductions, and produce paychecks.
Primary Job Function:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly, multi-state payroll in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures as well as appropriate federal and state regulations.
Review, process and verify weekly timesheets on the recap report to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Work closely with project support and field administration to ensure accuracy, proper protocols and processes are in place.
Process employee wage garnishments (child support, levies, etc.) tax withholdings (federal and state), voluntary deductions and direct deposits.
Research employee and management issues related to payroll and process adjustment transactions as needed.
Provide customer service to all levels of employees by responding to routine payroll inquiries.
Reconcile and track paid time off (PTO) requests and accruals.
Understand internal payroll processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Generate, run and analyze payroll reports as needed.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and benefit deductions.
Assist accounting with reconciling payroll register to general ledger.
Perform any other duties commensurate with this position.
Experience:
5+ years of payroll experience.
Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
Oil and gas or pipeline construction experience desired.
Needs to be familiar with per diems and other common terms used in oil and gas and construction.
Experience with Spectrum a plus.
Proficiency with MS products.
Experience with large volume payroll. This position runs payroll for 1,500 people.
Education/Training:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting desired.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus.
